We think Bob Stefanowski has learned a lot over the past 4 years since his run for Governor in 2018. We are pleased to announce our endorsement of Mike France, candidate for U.S. Congress in the 2nd District. Following retirement from the Navy, Mike was hired by Progeny Systems Corporation as a Senior Systems Engineer. He earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management from Eastern Connecticut State University. Mike was promoted to Engineering Manager in 2008 and served as the Joint Interoperability certification lead for Program Executive Officer, Submarines (PEO Sub) through 2018. He currently serves as the Joint Interoperability lead for the VIRGINIA (SSN 774) Class Submarine program and also supports the Integrated Combat System (ICS) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Team.
